General conditions:

  • On the day of arrival the pitches are available from 14.00 and the lodges from 15.00. We kindly ask you to inform us if you intend to arrive after 19.00.
  • On the day of departure the pitch is to be vacated by 11.00 and the lodge by 10:00 a.m. at the latest . A charge for 1 day extra will be made for depatures after 11.00.
  • There are special rest periods between 22.00-07.00. These “quiet hours“ must be observed. It is strictly forbidden to drive motor vehciles on the camping grounds during the above stated times.
  • The following methods of payment are accepted: Cash, Bancomat and Credit Cards (except American Express)
  • Dogs are allowed, but we kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash. Dog owners are responsible for disposing of their dog’s waste. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pond or on the sunbathing lawn. All dog owners are responsible for their dogs. Dogs are NOT permitted in the lodges
  • Minimum stay in our lodges: 3 nights

 

In case of a cancellation of a confirmed booking the following conditions apply:

Up to 14 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.

For later cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
From 3 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 30% of the confirmed stay will be charged and the deposit will be retained.
In case of early departure or late arrival, all nights booked will be charged according to the reservation confirmation.

Opening Hours:  Our campsite is always open, except from 2 November to 4 December.

Bar-Bistro: 08:00 – 22:00
Shop:  08:00 – 12:00 and 15:00 – 18:00
Natural Swimming Pond: 08:00 – 19:00
Sauna: 15:00 – 19:00
